Faulty product awaiting replacement
We have been using these Ink Jet cartridges for a number of years and never had a problem. However, or last delivery of 2 x units had a faulty unit in that a spring had fallen out of the package and the unit could not be used. We fitted the second unit which worked fine and advised Amazon that we required a replacement. We have not had a reply from anyone yet. best toner cartridge to date
thisis by far the best quality toner cartridge I have purchased in 10 years. No idea what is different as looks and fits the same as many others but the quality of print is so much better than I have ever had.

I used this to top us the reservoir of as Epsom ET-250 printer. The resultant printing is first class. Would recommend this product highly.
