Unfortunately I had the same issues as others. They looked used and they were not the platform version as described and pictured.

This is not a platform style, it is just regular. Very frustrating that the product was not what was advertised or shown in the photo.

The sandals are comfortable and attractive, however, the clasp was defective which leaves the footwear unwearable. Extremely disappointed! For the price, I would think quality assurance would be of higher standards!

Love these great arch support!Toe thong needs to be a softer leather it rubs hard and scratches. I love that these have thicker soles and more support.

The shoes I received are NOT as pictured or described. What I received are NOT the platform style. I thought, okay, whatever, I'll keep them. But then I realized they are NOT VEGAN. The footbed is suede and has the little leather symbol. I am so angry about this.

Trusty, reliable and super comfortable. I’d forgotten just how much I adore Birkenstock sandals until I ordered a new pair. Worth every penny!

The clip that holds the toe to the top broke. There are no repair shops near, outside of the return window, so now stuck with $100 pair of sandals that she can't wear.

I have a fractured spine, so walking distances can be painful especially in the wrong shoe. She's are very supportive and overall comfortable, except for the hard plastic across top of foot, cut the top of my foot. In time, I know it will break in, so I do overall, really like the shoe.
