These run large if you plan to use them barefooted but fit perfectly if you wear scuba booties. I wore booties and they were super comfortable and easy to take on and off. They are not long and not stiff. They are a good size for traveling. I used them for snorkeling in Roatan and Belize. Water was calm. There was a pretty strong current in Belize. It was exhausting without the fins. So definitely recommend using these fins.

My usual swim fins were cramping my feet, which had grown wider in my old age. I read the reviews about the Capas and they were true- great fit for wider feet. I wear a women's size 8and 1/2W or 9 Med. I ordered Capas size "ML/XL 9-13. A simple heel strap adjustment made them fit perfectly. Terrific! (And great price, too!) I swim every day doing laps in a pool. These fins offer perfect resistance and leg muscle building.

Cute and relatively inexpensive fins. They fit easily into my suitcase and took up much less room then my old fins. Overall, they also were relatively comfortable and easy to put on and remove. The foot pocket was a little small (so, don’t expect to be able to wear them with booties). Given how short they are, it was also pretty easy to walk with them. The only real downside is the lack of power in the water. I felt that they weren’t giving me a lot of extra propulsion (probably due to their small size). So, don’t swim in anything with current, or you’ll struggle for sure. If you normally don’t rely on your legs while diving/snorkeling, then these fins are great. If you swim around a bunch and expect these to push you through the water, you will probably be a little disappointed.

Great fit! But too flexible to increase the strength of my kick. Simply swimming backstroke in a calmsalt water bay. Scary.
