Arrived quickly. Apparently need to take them for 30 days to feel the results. Only had 6 days so too early to say. Easy to take though

Order these on a fairly regular basis. Always up to expectations and delivered promptly. Cannot fault.

Very gentle on my tummy.
Magnesium can have some undesirable side effects on the gastric system. I’ve tried many different ones over the last 4 years and this is the best for me no symptoms. I take with a meal and is fine. I take them as part of my migraine supplements I was advised to take.

Have to give them time to work, hence 3 stars! But given time to work i may upgrade my opinion
They are fine, easily swallowed and no nasty gipping. But a period of usage isrequired to form any opinion, it's not a TV!!!! 🤔🙄🙂

Feeling a difference
I'm going through the menopause, and suffer from fairly regular bouts of 'brain fog'. (Difficult to concentrate at work, forgetful, it's really distressing.) However, 3 weeks into taking Magnesium + I could feel a marked difference. I just felt much sharper and alert. Obviously this could just be coincidence, but I am going to keep on with the supplement. I am now onto my second pack, and I continue to feel good. Its such a relief. So pleased I gave them a try.
