I just got this product and I just made the first impression of my upper teeth. I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised with how well it turned out. It is accurate, soft, and feels comfortable. I got this because my dentist made a very expensive snore guard oral appliance for me during sleep, but I also wanted it to protect my teeth. The one from my dentist is hard and tight, and it pulls on my teeth. I know this one won’t help with snoring, but it looks like it will help with clenching my teeth in my sleep. I’m hoping each one lasts a good amount of time, but that is TBD. I don’t have an accurate thermometer, so I microwaved cold water for 60 sec, dipped for 20 sec - was not soft enough yet. I did another 30 sec in microwave and dipped 20 sec - still not quite there. I did another 45 sec in microwave and then dipped for 30 sec. This time I could see it softening in the water. Pulled it out, let it cool for 5 sec, then placed in my mouth and bit down, sucked in, and pushed all around my teeth with my fingers. Then I let it cool and here it is! With this I think the key is going slow with the hot water. When the piece softens, it happens fast, and I think that’s where people have made bad reviews of theirs melting. Good luck! *Update: the guard fit comfortably and secure all night. Very nice fit. After waking up, I noticed bite marks on the bottom of the top guard from my lower teeth, suggesting I clench my teeth in my sleep. Hopefully this guard helps with that! ** 9 day update: I’m obsessed with this mouth guard. My tooth pain is gone from clenching at night. The first guard I made is holding up great, still fits comfortably, easy to clean, etc. Do not hesitate to buy this product!

Good instruction and came with a nice quality case. On my first try, it was a little thick and too large. I was able to trim, re- heat and get it perfect. My dentist would have charged 10x and this is working great to reduce risk of tooth damage and has reduced the “neck stress” I’d wake up with.

Easy to fit and comfortable to wear

I followed all directions and the mouth guard molded well to my teeth. But, I will never be able to wear any of these. They are outrageously huge. They are like the ones you see professional boxers and football players wear. When I put it in my mouth, it pushes out my upper lip more than any night guard I have ever had. The material at the top front covers my teeth and my gums all the way up to the top. I have been wearing night guards for 30 years so I know how one should fit. Huge disappointment after all of the positive reviews.

You should put in the water while is almost boiling. If you do put it in boiling water, 5 or maybe 7 or 8 count. Not 15. 15 seconds and the mouth guard is liquid by then. Thus far it durable, stays in place and my teeth don't hurt the next morning. All in all, a good product

These are very helpful for me and has stopped me from grinding my teeth at night while I sleep

I have TMJ and I went through so many of the hard guards I got from the dentist (they were expensive too). This really helped me make new ones whenever the guards became too thin from usage. Perfect in protecting your teeth from grinding. Just make sure to try molding it before you cut it. They shrink a lot when you put it in hot water to shape. These mold perfectly into my mouth and stay in place when I sleep. My jaw doesn’t hurt anymore!

Just got this item today. I followed the instructions, made sure the water was the right temp, and it came out great the first time. Hopefully it’s comfortable to sleep in. I grind very hard in my sleep. I’ll keep y’all updated! 6/19/25 5pm 6/27/25 works fantastic and I don’t wake up in paid and I’m no longer keeping my bf awake at night from grinding my teeth!! the material is durable and I am just now today starting to feel the rough patches where I’ve been grinding. I will say- bite down HARD when molding. its not going to be easy to chew through. I’m not in pain from having a little extra cushion, but I feel like it’d been a bit comfier if I knew how druable this mouth guard was gonna be. will update if I have any issues or when I chew through this one. this is coming from someone whose sister said it sounding like I was gnawing my bones down at night. if you grind ur teeth at night just BUY IT!
