Perfect replacements for my heat sealer. Lasts fairly long time and easy to change out.

Product itself it perfect and we have ordered these in the past. What I didn't like is the fact as FRAGILE as these items are they were in a padded envelope from Amazon without any cardboard as protection. The 12' size were actually FOLDED over and I amazed they were broken into. I had to put them under a heavy book to make them flat again. Common sense when packing goes a long way!!!

First off, these are made so cheaply, I only get one or two uses out of them before they break. The first one out of package fit my machine. Now these next two I've tried to install, the rings do not fit. Typically if I don't have anything nice to say about a product, I refrain from saying anything at all. This time, as a small business - my time is precious - especially during 4th quarter! I don't have time to sit around trying to make a really cheaply made product fit - when it should. DO BETTER!

The strip that goes in the middle of my heat sealer was starting to wear, and then eventually got a small rip. My bags would also stick to the strip after sealing which was annoying.These replacement strips were perfect - sealed beautifully and no sticking! I did have to cut them a little narrower for them to fit, as the strip was covering the screw holes when I put it down.The metal pieces that came with each strip unfortunately were too short, but I’m not sure how often (if at all) you need to replace those, so I just kept the one that was on there.

Of course I’d need to replace mine on a last minute order. These came in super fast and it was easy to replace my old one with a new one. Definitely worth the purchase. Don’t be like me and leave it to last minute. Just buy it now because you never know. The sizing was perfect.

My favorite food saver machine developed a bump on its heating strip, which caused a tiny hole to be produced and air would slowly leak in, rendering the bag useless. I used one of these to fix it, but you need to use two of the tape elements to cover it because the heat might melt your bag if you only use one.
