The rhymes need meter work and expansion to be truly toddler-captivating. Illustrations are lovely. It's definitely a short and sweet bedtime read.

Nice story, but a little shorter than I expected. Love Lord of the Rings, so thought I would check it out.

Great for Tolkien nerds

I like the idea but the writing and illustration could be improved. I really wanted to like this.

What a perfect combination for a child of any age. Short, sweet and to the fantastical point.

If you have kids and you love the lord of the rings or the hobbit , this book is for you! It's a very short book and the characters in this book look more like the movie hobbit characters. My kids love this book and enjoy seeing the characters in the movie in the book as well.

Cute book, but so cheaply produced. I'm used to kids books being fairly heavy weight. Instead, this was badly produced even for a normal book.

Well done! Now I just need some grandkids to read it to!!!

Great graphics and fun to read, especially for any Tolkien fans who want to introduce their kiddos and grsndkiddos to Middle Earth early.

A simple parody of Goodnight Moon. Children will enjoy joining in with all of the ‘Goodnights’. Lovely illustrations. A perfect bedtime story.
