The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair by Joël D: Detailed Summary, Analysis and Reading Guide

This book was not a hard read. Interesting story that moved along at a fast pace. However, I felt it was just too long. Could have been about 200 pages shorter. The characters were colorful but not credible. I did not feel like I could not put the book down. A lot of characters, a lot of plot twists but the back and forth from present to past to present sometimes got tiresome. If you're looking for an easy read and don't mind overly long narratives, get the book. If on the other had, you're not a fast reader and prefer a story that has more depth and credible characters you may want to read something else..
