Warranty claim quick and easy; very satisfied with the process
Had the TV over one year when one night last it just wouldn't turn on. LED light kept blinking which meant it was stuck on standby or a power issue. Tried to reboot several times but no luck. Opened up a claim on Friday night and on Monday they emailed me with more info and pictures. The next day the claim was successful. Instead of having me send the TV back, they just reimbursed me for what we originally paid...didn't even have to send in the old one. Made it nice and easy and by sending me an Amazon Gift card credit, gave us the option of getting the same TV again or maybe trying out a new one (which we most likely do since reviews said this issue wasn't uncommon). Very happy with the whole process and made it very simple for me to get it all completed and approved.

Protection plan for TV⁹
This protection plan is not worth buying I didn't have my TV a year and I cracked it Amazon tells me it's covered under protection plan but the protection plan tell me it would only pay for that if it was a mobile device I could TV Smartwatch or tablet so it's not worth buying a protection plan if it's not going to cover physical damage to the TV

Asurion as almost always was professional. Worst customer service experience I've ever had anywhere.
⁹Tv sadly got here very early which caused challenges in being there to recieve it and the TV appeared to be cracked from pressure due to straps tugging into the box which was in kind of rough shape. So very much effort for no tv . I'm disabled from right knee replacement and tv was ordered on Dec.20 got there on 23 .Talked to 14 plus reps. and supervisor 's and here we are the 8th of January and Warranty statement about return policy of return or replacement absolutely was not honored. I sought a replacement because tv arrived cracked never even took the tape offwas told no,no ,no,no at least 40 plus times when the return policy was right there in black and white. No attempt by anyone to honor or correct this situation has taken place yet. I am however supposed to call back after January 31st if I haven't received the refund yet. Nobody however seems to be home except overseas customer service. Very sad.

great and courteous service, it was easy to start and complete the claim
my tv stopped working and they gave me an option to try to fix it, when it was determined it could not be fixed they reimbursed me for the cost of the tv pre-tax, the entire process was pretty fast and easy

Hard to rate
It’s hard to rate a service agreement until you actually need to use it but no issues with it so far.
