The Nectar Hydration Variety Pack has been an absolute lifesaver for my outdoor workdays. I take medication that causes excessive sweating, so staying properly hydrated before starting a shift in the heat is a constant battle. The variety pack is great because every single flavor is light, refreshing, and tastes natural without being sickly sweet or leaving a chalky texture. They dissolve instantly in a cold water bottle. If you sweat heavily due to outdoor work or medication side effects, I cannot recommend Nectar enough—it has made a massive difference in my daily comfort and energy levels.

I really love the Nectar Hydration Packets. I like it because first the taste is great. I would describe it as mild with a hint of the fruit flavors. It was just right in my opinion. I like that this is for the average person wanting hydration, rather than athletes who can handle the higher sodium levels after heavy workouts that are in other popular hydration powders. I tried Nectar after first trying Pedialyte. It worked for hydration after working in the yard on a hot day but the taste was not very good. It felt like a heavy liquid and too sweet. I was unaware they had a sugar free version so maybe that would have been better. The Nectar just feels smooth, light and mild tasting. Love all the flavors in the variety pack. I will definitely keep it in stock.

Ive been using these for a few months now, and I can say that for me they have affected my hydration levels positively. I track my fitness goals using a Hume Pod and Hume band which tracks my hydration levels among other markers and since beginning with this product my hydration levels have improved significantly. The flavor is great and the price is reasonable. If you're on the fence, give it a shot.

I love the variety and flavors in these Nectar hydration packets, and I can comfortably use 1–2 a day without feeling overloaded on salt. They’re light, refreshing, and have no aftertaste. I also really appreciate the clean ingredients and the fact that they’re 0 calories and 0 sugar, which is a big part of why I tried them in the first place. They sometimes take a bit longer to dissolve, or I’ll get a concentrated flavor pocket in my water bottle even after mixing. Room temp works better, and a quick shake after a few minutes helps. They’re less expensive than higher‑salt electrolyte packets but still pricey enough that I limit myself, but I’ll keep purchasing. Giving them 4 stars for the solubility issues.

This package came on time, was well packaged, and looked like the picture. On the advice of my cardiologist, I added electrolytes to my morning routine. I tried lots of different types and settled on these. I like the ease of stirring a packet into a glass of water - no fuss, no extra plastic, just stir and drink (while standing on the back porch listening to the birds = a pleasant way to start the day). In addition, all the flavors are okay - not too sweet, some more acceptable than others, a nice variety. I have had no side effects, but I know I feel better throughout the day. I can tell days I drank these electrolytes vs days I didn't. I have been using this product for over a year and am very pleased.

No sugar, low sodium, and the 4 vitamins for healthy muscle function was exactly what I was looking for as a habitual weight lifter. I would like a higher concentration of the vitamins but compared to all other products out there, this ranks the best still. I don't know why anyone says it's not dissolving. I put 1 packet in 30 oz water for my workouts everyday and after 2 weeks of use I have not had that problem. It clumps for maybe 10 seconds but every electrolyte product I've used does too so it's not fair to put blame on this one. Also the flavor is amazing without tasting too powerful or synthetic. This is now my subscribe and save.

I bought the variety pack so I could try these out. First let me say that I wanted an organic product with minimal additives, and that I generally find things most people like are way too sweet for me. I also really dislike stevia if I can taste it in something but I will not use chemical additives like sucralose. And I wanted to start adding electrolytes which are also recommended in the days prior to certain medical procedures. So I wanted to try. Of the 5 flavors, the lemonade, strawberry lemonade and orange were the best. The watermelon was OK and the berry was gross. I found that if I diluted it with more water than suggested, that it was not too bad to take a glass of this in the morning. Note, there are lumps that must be stirred to fully dissolve. I liked the individual packets which were easy to identify flavors and easy to open and also transport. I am not entirely sure if they are benefitting my body, but I will have to take electrolytes as part of prep for an upcoming procedure so I will stick with this product as there are very few organic options. However, I will buy the citrus based flavors only in the future.

The drink packets are great tasting, especially with a 24 oz. bottle. The taste with a 44 oz. bottle is minimal. As far as hydration, they do very well.

Great, clean product that tastes great! I typically drink Liquid IV but this is a great substitute. You do have to shake water bottle a little longer to get the powder to desolve, but I like how it is not too sweet.

I am very picky about what I put in my body, and Nectar passes the test with flying colors. The flavor is refreshing and natural—not overly sweet or artificial like the big-name brands. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my hydration levels and muscle recovery since switching to this. It’s the perfect balance of sodium, potassium, and magnesium. I feel amazing, and I’m already on my second tub!
