the price went up from when i purchased this bed. i bought a full size for 200 and something, so for me it was at a decent value for the price. i really hesitated getting it because many reviews had complaints about ruined/broken pieces, but mine came in perfectly in tact. so hopefully it’s just a delivery issue. it is very very easy to build. the drawers come in built. the head board isn’t as sturdy as i’d prefer it to be, but it stays in place. the drawers do get stuck from time to time, but any type of lubricant will help.

I love this bed frame!! It is everything I dreamt it would be! I love the tuft headboard, it gives a nice touch! It feels very chic but you definitely aren’t paying for that! It’s affordable and worth your money! It fits perfect in my room and the compartments in front of the bed are amazing! I am able to store 2 blankets in each one! This purchase did not disappoint! Easy assembly, and comes with all the pieces!

Actually I was pleasantly surprised with the bed. The previous reviews were mixed so I was not sure what to expect. We ordered a California King and while I am no mechanical genius, the bed was relatively easy to put together. The bed is studier than I expected and is supporting about 550 pounds with very little movement. My only concern is that both drawers stick a bit when opening so hopefully this does not become an issue down the road.

It arrived on the promised day. It took my less than two and a half hours to assemble, but I was a bit tired by the time I started, as I had to disassemble the old bed first.This purchase was for my mother in a master bedroom; the old bed was too tall for her. It had drawers as well, but stacked on two layers, so she had to use a step ladder to assist in her to get in the bed. This one is perfect for her, she is very happy with it and is able to get in and out easily and without the step ladder.The photos shown on Amazon concerned me a little, as the wooden slates (or whatever they are called) appeared a bit weak and some looked like they were poking up while others were level. But when I assembled it, everything appeared strong and functional.After assembly, as I slide the bed against the wall, before placing the mattress on it, I noticed the completed frame would flex a bit, so be careful. It isn't like a standard bed frame that is made out of metal. It's just made out of press board wood, or something. The portion with the dresser drawers is already completed as on piece for the foot of the bed, you just have to screw on the included legs for it.Fair warning, the instructions have you put together the wood grill last, so if you are working with limited space, I'd suggest putting it together first, then screwing it on to the bedframe, once you complete it.Lastly, I screwd on the headboard so it would be at it's tallest point, as I thought my mom's mattress was still a bit tall itself, but I had to lower it to it's lowest height, which from the back has the wood legs placed all the way into the indented setting available.Tools and screws are included, but you need to supply your own screwdriver for the screws that have to screw into the wood.My mom is very pleased with the bed, and I like it too. I may buy another for myself later.

The drawers are built really badly, if you screw the feet’s too tight the drawers will be caught. Then the middle support they should copy zinus and have a metal bracket instead of using flimsy wood to secure it.

The bed is very stylish, but feels cheap and not sturdy. I guess that’s what you get for the price. This bed is for my 3 yr old so it will be fine for now. Just not sure how long it will last. One of the drawers broke the very first day and my husband spent hour fixing it. The door face came off with sharp nails exposed and the drawer jammed inside off it’s track. I would suggest maybe spend a little more to ensure you get a more quality bed. Also, the headboard has very little padding. don’t expect to lean back for comfort you can feel the wood frame underneath. I notice this when I read books in bed to my son.

This was surprisingly easy to build and very sturdy. The drawer section comes pre-built. The sides and headboard are separate pieces and then its' just the wood slats. Overall I love the functionality of it. Looks nice and is very solid. I think for the price and for the materials it is well worth it!

Listen. If you buy this the storage drawers WILL come broken, that's just how it is. Both drawers came completely broken with the staples pulled out and half the drawer walls hanging off. Luckily I'm pretty handy with tools, so I simply pulled the staples and re-built the drawers and they work perfectly now. The bed slats were also missing a few holes, so I ended up having to pre-drill those in order to follow the instructions and construct the bed as intended. The middle support legs are sort of flimsy so I imagine those will have to be replaced eventually too.Basically, I ended up having to do a lot of the construction myself, but the design is super nice and now that everything is functioning I am actually really happy with the bed itself. The height is perfect for me and I'm loving the usefulness of the drawers and the comfort of the headboard.
