These will clamp anywhere you like. I use them for under mic’ing cymbals, hi hats, ride. Also use on floor tom and snare. Amazing…so glad I bought these!

I only use it for specific projects however it’s a great tool to keep in your inventory.

What can I say... these things work really well. I needed a solution to clean up the drummers area by removing mic stands and these were the perfect solution to place the mic under the cymbal. I had a little hard time getting everything tight, but just holding onto a small condenser mic it's working well.

These were higher quality than I expected from the pictures. My only real review is from the holding strength of the screw that holds your device. That is weak. Otherwise this holds in place beautifully.

Clamps great, the moving parts could have a firmer/and more stiff to keep things steady. Used for a mounted shotgun mic on pipe and drape, clamps like a champ but the connections more more that I would like. We ended up adding a laser light to be sure we were pointing the mic in the same place when touching and swapping batteries.

Works surprisingly well, mic does not droop in unto piano strings. Good buy
