Great for gray-blue eyes
Good stuff. Formula is a little stiff but a quick pass through a lighter gets it soft and easy to use. Very natural and flattering look, the neutral charcoal shade compliments gray blue eyes well. Great for subtle looks.

Great eyeliner pencil. Goes on good and I like the color. Is there waterproof in this color?

My go to eyeliner pencil
I have used this perfect blend over the years and love it. I use the smoky brown color, but wanted to try the charcoal. I find the charcoal a little dark, thus I will try the dark brown as a liner with my smoky brown. It is an excellent price, good product and water proof.

This is the only one I have used for years. Hard to find in stores.

Good Product
I bought it for my daughter and she is happy with it - it doesn't crumble and stays on long enough - so i think it was worth it
