*****I would advise that these be washed before wearing them.. I’m now able to put them on easily. My only issue now is that they are about an inch too long. I’m short, My measurement from the floor to my knee is 16 inches.*****It took a lot of time get them on, especially getting the heel in place. They barely went to my knees. They kept working their way down leaving an ugly mark around my ankle. I suppose they could have been mis-sized. I returned one pair.

I have CVI and use these almost daily. This is one of the original compression sock brands. I’ve tried a lot of different brands, but continue to come back to these because the others just don’t have the same compression. I live in Florida, so one of the main reasons I like this is they are very breathable and about the best you can get for Florida for comfort. They last at least two months for stability, though they gradually lose compression. They lose it faster if you accidentally throw them in the dryer. They are definitely one of the more expensive brands, but they also give some of the best results. They are easy to use and the more you use them the easier it will get.

Even in high heat and humidity, these compression stockings are comfortable and really worked well for my legs. They wear like a pair of pantyhose but provide the compression as described.

As a man in my 70's I noticed the fluid retention starting in my late 60's after plane flights and long movies. You don't have to have heart problems to have this a occur you just have to have an older body. It benefits you well to help your heart recirculate your blood from your legs through the rest of your body efficiently. Jobst's does this very well. Jobst's give good support and actually increases your activity tolerance to allow you to do activities that previously were tiring. I eventually moved to the open toe style because everyone starts to have trouble with their toes and toenails as they age, as did I. Closed toe style can increase the pressure on some people's toes and toenails. Best of all Jobst's has the dark color for winter and the flesh tone stockings for summer under khaki socks when wearing shorts. I highly recommend these stockings. They may cost a little more but they are well worth it.
