Lemon Sage Thickening Shampoo, Builds Body + Boosts Volume, For Fine Hair

Much less minty than the regular tea tree Paul Mitchell with a nice smell. Great for fine hair if you want more body and thickness.

I have a lot of hair on my head, but the individual strands are very fine and so I struggle with frizz and little volume. One day my stylist used the Paul Mitchell special shampoo and conditioner on me at the salon and I found myself totally in love with the smell and the way the it made my scalp tingle... And once my hair was dried and styled, I was excited to see some oomph despite the stylist not using any other volumizing products. When I asked her about it I was expecting her to tell me that it was one of the usual high end products that are normally used at salons- you know, the ones that cost like $50 a bottle- but was thrilled to learn how inexpensive they are despite their good quality. Needless to say, I ended up leaving the salon with a couple of bottles and it's been my standard shampoo/conditioner ever since. I have tried other products over the years, such as specialty shampoos that promise to improve strength, growth, and volume, but I always find myself going back to this. I really do feel that my hair is healthier and grows more quickly because of it. I also love this brand because there are several different types and scents To choose from (not sure if they are all technically part of the "special" line, but they do come in the same little green bottles, unlike the other Paul Mitchell products) and I've enjoyed playing around with different combinations. Currently my favorite combo is the lemon sage shampoo with the lavender mint conditioner (although I do still love the tea tree shampoo as well). I've been using these products for about 5 years now and I plan to continue using them so long as they stay available and affordable. And I absolutely recommend them to anyone with fine, flat hair like mine!

I really do like the shampoo it cleans very well and it smells good. The shipping was very very quick. My only problem is I wear tape in hair extensions and it does release the glue on the tape. I wouldn’t recommend this if you have tape in hair extensions but for any other types of hair, I think it’s wonderful it’s very thorough cleaning and it smells good as well. I only wish that it would work on tape in extensions.

First let me start with the fact I find amazing because I found this after I had moved an old bottle of this wonderful shampoo and it must have been anywhere from 6 to 10 years old it was so old it still had the Paul Mitchell logo on it reminding me that I bought it at a styling shop on the recommendation of a stylist somehow I never got to using it 6 years gone by and I decided I still going to get out of a few boxes that were under a bathroom cabinet and I come across this bottle of shampoo fortunately I needed shampoo at the time and I thought I'm gonna give this a try well to my surprise this actually has become the best shampoo I've ever used. The volume that you get with this shampoo is actually very surprising and noticeable even in this old bottle the lemon fragrance was still as if it was new. It has a real nice ability to strip your hair of residue from previous products without leaving it frizzy. I just towel dried my head off styled my hair a bit with a simple part and I could not believe how much more hair it looked like I had this has been a treasure to find and needless to say I have purchased this bottle and will be getting another one this is the only shampoo I will be using from here on out tea tree makes a great shampoo !

Faites attention à la taille. La bouteille est super chère. C'est plus petit que les bouteilles que je prends aux voyages. Par contre, le shampooing est très bien.

Have spent months looking for a shampoo that leaves me with hair that is clean and not flat and stringy. Tonight it is soft and fluffy and has volume. I keep checking to see if I am not imagining it. Thankyou for your formulation..please do not new and improve it..
