JOSSEY-BASS Mindset Mathematics: Visualizing and Investigating Big Ideas, Grade K

Great supplement for what our child is learning in school.

The book is well written and the concepts are well organized, even though they may seem a little simple for grade K students. It would seem that half of the techniques in this book e.g. color coding, shape talk, could be employed in a preschool classroom (that actually puts time in early mathematics education). Still a good book, and one can always buy the grade 1 version anyway if grade K is not enough anyway.The only problem is the binding is faulty. Not sure if it is just this one book or the whole batch is faulty?
