Winsor & Newton Winton Oil Color, 200ml (6.75-oz) Tube, Cerulean Blue Hue

I purchased this for an oil landscape painting workshop given by Bruce Peil because the professional artist instructor said that the hue form of cerulean gives a greenish blue and that the green cast could not obtained through a pure cerulean pigment or with cobalt blue paint. Side-by-side comparisons at the oil painting workshop were done of pure cerulean vs. this cerulean hue and we students got to see that this hue form indeed was great for achieving certain green-blue sky colors. So this is a cool blue with a green cast skies. For warm blue skies we use ultramarine blue.

This is great paint, although there is some trouble of the paint leaking out of the bottom if you don't squeeze the paint out correctly.As long as you start from the bottom and push up you shouldn't have a problem, though it is somewhat irritating.
