I always have a bag of this on the go because I use it to make Brazilian Chewy Cheese bread - it's the only ingredient I don't just have in my fridge and that's tricky to get. I could not use the product. This order was delivered to me in very poor condition. The package was split open and most of it content was emptied into the box and other items delivered in the same 📦 was covered in the flour that was emptied out of its packet. Because of food safety I could not use the content of the package sent to me.

Definitely some mix doesn’t work like pure cassava flour.

Item was damaged and there doesn’t seem to be an option for a refund.
