Good mixer but the bigger jar’s lock was too flimsy, another observation is that there is warnish oil leak seen from jars

I received a broken machine right out of the box and it doesn’t work at all. worse part is it even had clear signs of being used: scratches, dust, and repackaging that didn’t look original. I paid for a new product, not a refurbished or returned one. This is unacceptable and will think twice before buying from this seller again.

This is a good Indian type of Mixer Grinder available here, the only thing I feel is that removing and replacing blades is inconvenient, no instructions or tools needed for moving the blades have been given. I have a similar bajaj mixer grinder that has a scraper with a hole in it that can be used to turn the blades.

Work is good

Works great have been using for 5 months now. Grinds dry and wet both perfectly

When I ran it the first time the knob dial came off. It's just made of sub quality material and not worth the money

It stopped working altogether after 2 years. Used mostly the small jar for grinding chutneys and masala paste, which worked for the 2 years. But when using the large jar grinder with a load of 2 cups of wet rice, it would shut off every minute or so. May have used the large one for all of 3 or 4 times in the 2 years I had it because the frequent shutting off was very inconvenient.The finish of the product was mediocre i.e the handles which were fixed with screws, would loosen after a single session of grinding.

It's a smaller version of these powerful mixers and I appreciate that. It doesn't take up too much space in my kitchen. It's SO powerful. I love it. Easy to use also.
