Not just low back relief! FULL back relief and then some
I had back surgery 2 yrs ago. Laminectomy/discectomy L4-5. And just recently I started getting those little episodes of spasms...my back tried to freeze up like it did before I had to have surgery. Thought I’d try chiropractor first this time but couldn’t get in soon enough and was in crazy pain. Found this on Amazon and LET ME TELL YOU!!! This thing has been a literal life saver!!!! It is AMAZING. The very first time I used it I felt my spine align itself, sounds crazy I know! But you could actually feel something go back into place. And immediately I was able to stand up straight and walk without pain. Now I’m not saying it cured me, but it made it so where I could function and not be in excrutiating pain. So now I use it every morning to stretch out my back (also relives tight muscles causing spasms) and am capable of functioning throughout the day without sever pain. I use it all the way up and down my full back even the sacral and buttocks area, I’m no PT but I think it helps release the fascia which contributes to the pain. Best money spent, hands down. Try it since you have nothing to lose with free Amazon Prime returns, and everything to gain.PS I also have mod/severe OA in my back and seriously this helps provide so much relief. Don’t let the description fool you, it’s NOT JUST FOR LOW BACK PAIN! It’s FULL BACK RELIEF! I even work out my IT band by putting my partial/full weight on this. So much use out of this simple looking device.

WORKS PRETTY WELL / GOOD VALUE
I have been suffering from back pain for years and have a prescribed traction table to stretch out my spine. I bought this to having something simple to stretch out my back because the traction table is big, bulky, heavy, and a nuisance to get out and strap in. With the Solidback, I just simply put it on the floor and roll back onto it. Most importantly, I needed something for travel that I could just throw in my suitcase; and the size of the Solidback allows for that.I have only had this for about a week, so I can't speak for long term use. I have used this everyday for about two minutes at a time since I got it. The first few days that I used the Solidback it did provide me with instant relief by relaxing the muscles; but I didn't get any pops or long term relief. Today, I got a few good pops when I used it and finally felt my spine shift a little and relieve pressure. It does provide relief. But just like my traction table, you need to use it consistently and things improve over time. This thing is pretty hard. I know it looks spongy; but its not. Some may find it to be uncomfortable at first. I just put it on the floor and roll back onto it slowly and experience very little discomfort. Its a pretty simple design that seems to work so far. The build quality seems to be really good and I expect that it will last for a long time.Considering the quality of the Solidback and the fact that it does what they advertised it to do; I think its a very good value for the price that I paid. Just know that when it comes to back pain and herniated disks there is no quick solution for it; it takes time to slowly get everything aligned...this product seems to help it along.

Break gradually
It takes time to break in, but it’s pretty hard on your back so tell over it before you use it still trying it out

Life saver
I love this thing. I've had it since 2019 and just used it now and it helped relieve my tight back so much I thought, I should really add a review. I have always benefited from chiropractic help but could no longer afford it. This helps me stretch and "pop" my back life nothing else ever could. I get so much relief from this little thing and bonus my son thinks it's fun to play with lol. Do recommend it if you need help stretching your back. Especially after being in a desk chair all day.

So far it is AMAZING!
I had terrible sciatica and was doing a bunch of exercises and stretches to help it.I had started doing the Bhujangasana (Cobra) yoga pose as instructed by some online and it really helped better than most other things I had tried.I had seen the Solidback stretcher before and was very interested but I have a foam roller and a Ma roller already so I held off on purchasing it. The foam roller was definitely too big but I thought it helped a little. When I had success with the Cobra pose it occurred to me that the Solidback stretcher seemed like it was kind of putting the spine in the same position so I figured I would try it.I have been using it for about 10-15 minutes at a time around 4-5 times a day and it has already helped more than anything I have tried in many months.I have been putting it behind my back when I sit and that seems to help a little too.At first, I wasn't sure because while the sciatica pain had seemed to go away there was an odd pressure closer to my middle lower back as if something had moved. I walked and did some other exercises and once I adapted to it the pressure seemed to diminish greatly and so far no sciatica pain.I do hair for a living so I am hoping it will help as I return to work after being in the Covic SIP for so long.I am going to bring the Solidback stretcher with me to the salon just to be safe.I have been using it on my bed and that is easier than a hard surface and I highly recommend you use it that way in the beginning. They suggest that in the instructions.Be careful getting on it and off of it so your spine has time to adjust.I do the Cobra pose for 15 minutes before I use the stretcher and the combo seems like the nearest thing to a cure I have found.I also recommend that you do core exercises too as that definitely helps as well. Stomach vacuums work well, are easy to do anytime and anywhere, and don't stress your back.Even though I wad doing all of those other things for my sciatica the one thing that seemed to make the biggest change for the better was adding the Solidback stretcher.I could not be happier with this purchase.
