D'Addario CinchFit, Acoustic Jack Lock

After much reading I purchased the one for Taylor guitars and it works great on my Taylor PS14CE 2018 V Class model and doesn't scratch it (I wouldn't have it!) and doesn't get in the way of the 1/4 inch output on the expression system 2 either. It cinches up correctly around the jack pin like it should. It only comes with one cinch lock for just the end pin, if you have a problem with stability and the strap coming off at the top (I didn't with a new leather strap), then you would need to buy 2 so you can cinch lock the strap at the top but it might scratch the guitar up there and I would see about something else for strap lockage at the top. This paired with a great armless chair is essential if you would want to allow anyone to play your $9000 investment without damaging it. I highly recommend it for Taylor just make sure you buy the version for Taylor guitars if your end pin is stock and smaller than the ones on older Taylor models. If you have a custom electronics installed in your acoustic or older Taylor with full size end pin then you need to buy the standard version or use straps with straplocks on them.

Tut was es soll. Bin auch nach mehreren Jahren sehr zufrieden. Ist nie aufgegangen oder sonst irgendwas gewesen.

I’m pleased with the Jack Lock device from D’Addario. It is reasonably priced and well made. It fits my end pin jack from LR Baggs, but it was a little loose so I added a small piece of painters tape inside the circle clamp ring to snug it up on the jack rim. It still rotates freely, but it is more solid and makes less noise that way. What would a man do without painters tape?? Anyway I’m happy with it.
