Love it!! Perfect with Indian food!!

I've always loved lime pickle, but I became concerned about possible lead contamination based on news accounts from Consumer Reports and other media about lead contamination in turmeric and other spices and herbs used in making lime pickle. I sent a sample of Patak's off to a commercial certified testing lab and just got back the results -- 0.026 ppm, a very low value and well below what Consumer Reports considered problematic! I just ordered two more jars figuring their likely from the same batch and will have equally low levels.

A little dab will do ya... I add this to rice, put a small bit in my guacamole and generally like the flavor. My wife does not, which leaves more for me!

I love lime pickle and this one is good. Perfect amount of spice for the medium pickle, just a tingle so you know there's chili in there but not so much that it causes a fire!

Patak’s Lime pickle was a much loved condiment way back in UK. I have discovered many British products have altered recipes for the US market which is why I bought this from A British site. But it tastes off, hard to describe exactly how. A little fermented I would say. When a foodie friend comes by I will have them try it.BEWARE Amazon products that are not returnable. I got a jar of honey with a broken lid and honey spilled and nothing I could do about it!

Just the right amount of heat.

Packed little punch. Was expecting more of a dynamic flavor profile. Was fine, but just OK.
