Murder at Curst Mansion - Murder Mystery Game for 12 Players

This game was so fun. The invitations were beautiful, the instructions were spot on, the scrips were easy to follow, and all in all, it was wonderful. We had 13 people plus the detective. We did not use the CD as we had a person to play that part. We were quite surprised to hear who the killer was! We partied for 6 hours with cocktails, hors-d'oeuvres, dinner, and dessert. All participants dress the part and played along. We laughed our selfs silly. I can't wait to get another game to play! Well worth the time and money! We gave ourselves three months to prepare, well worth it!!!

This was a lot of fun. There were 12 of us and a 13th acting as the narrator. It was good to have her because she looked at everything in advance and let us know a few things that would help the story line move forward. The kit makes it easy, and all our guests enjoyed it thoroughly.

We had a wonderful evening with 20's food, decor, and this fun murder mystery. None of us had ever done one before, and it didn't hinder the evening at all. I enjoyed that there was very little completely scripted parts to read. The rest of the parts we took a couple minutes to read about our situation and then ad libbed. I was worried it was just going to be like us sitting around reading a play manuscript and it wasn't. Very fun!

The kit was very complete and made setting up the party a breeze! The ending was a little anticlimactic but worth the money.

This was an awesome game. Our guests had a great time. It is very detailed for the hostess and makes it easy to host and play.

purchased for a family birthday dinner party, and the fun we had:-) I would recommend this for any adult!

Have recently done this with a group of friends, many of whom have never done one before and it was brilliant, easy to follow and everyone had great fun. There are 2 small negatives firstly, the murderer is not told at any point t that they are the murderer until it is announced to everyone and that is a shame and secondly, while there were clues throughout when the inspector lists them at the end it makes it much easier. Otherwise it was fantastic!
