Self better delivery than Harrods

I purchased the Sensai total finish TF204 in compact with sponge for £47.87I received delivery and they only sent me a refil for a compact. (NO COMPACT OR SPONGE WITH THIS ITEM)

We ordered the compact which comes with a sponge and paid over the odds to only receive a refill. Very poor!
