I don't know the life expectancy but mine died before the batteries died. I called the number the and the customer service lady was nasty and of no help.

If you like Neti Pot or NeilMed you will LOVE this. I’ve had a long history of sinus infections. Whenever I get sick, I get so congested and severely inflamed sinuses. Im currently pregnant with #3 and thanks to my toddler, suffering from a bad head cold. Since I’m limited in what I can take medicine wise I was getting pretty desperate to clear my sinuses and the above just wasn’t cutting it. My daughter actually pointed this out in the pharmacy and I ran home and googled it. Ordered it for next day delivery and it’s worth every penny! I do agree with with other reviewers that if you are new to nasal irrigation this might be skipping a few steps… and you may want to start with less firepower. However if you’re familiar with the feeling, you’ll love it. While the suction is powerful, it’s incredibly gentle and clears through about 6oz of water in seconds. I had no trouble getting it set up or using it. Even though my sinuses were really swollen, it still powered through and immediately got gunk out. I’ve been using it 3-5x a day and get so much relief out of it. It’s also pretty satisfying to see what comes out… this will definitely be a daily habit for me even when I’m not sick. Best $100 I’ve spent in awhile!

I'm going to get the eucalyptus cartridges, it came with free samples of a eucalyptus version and oh my that was super refreshing. I enjoy the epsom salt going into the water, it helps clean out the nasel cavity and Epsom is clean and will disinfect bacteria. But It's expensive.If you need to have the water go into a different nasel from the arrow pointing, just twist flip the nossel to make the arrow point to the opposite nasel. (Someone else complained that it only sprays into the nose one way and nearly choked them cuz you have to have the water go in the stuffy side not the cleared side) I'm like yeah just twist flip the nossel duh... 😆

I'm glad this product works because I saw lots of mixed reviews online. Due to the nature of the product, the listing on Amazon doesn't show you how it works. For over$100 it takes quite a leap of faith to decide to buy this when half the people reviewing it on youtube love it and the other half hate it.This is a polarizing product and I guess it will appeal to those that get the hang of it right away and the other half will be tortured by it. My experience has been mostly positive. It takes some getting used to figuring out how to breathe through your mouth while also not having the solution drain down your throat. For me, I noticed that it only works in one direction. I can flush from the right nostril to the left but not the other way around. Not sure why that is but regardless of why my breathing improved in both nostrils after use. The irrigation effects last a long time and I find that I can sleep through the night breathing through my nose which I could never do before. It works a little better than a neti pot but much easier and less messy.My main complaint is that they went to great lengths to force you to use their salt pods. This product is definitely designed to profit heavily off of the refills. I guess it is what it is but that pill would be easier to swallow if the device itself wasn't so expensive. Maybe if the product was more affordable, more people would try it and then subscribe to refills for life. Somehow I suspect that a lot of people would be put off by the price and just settle for a netti pot and those people will probably be making a wise decision. I don't regret buying this as it works better for me than s neti pot but if I needed something like this and was on a budget I would be perfectly content with a $9.99 neti pot from CVS.

This machine is amazing you can use all kinds of different sinus clearing products on the market but nothing will do what this one does. I bought it when I had Covid-19 because I was having trouble sleeping at night because I couldn’t breathe, I used Navage nasal care a couple of times a day and I was able to sleep so much better and I do believe it shorten the length of time I was ill. Honestly I love this product so much I could be a spokes person for them just by coming across it when I was sick and the results I got from it. Thank you so much navage for coming up with an amazing product.

I absolutely love this product! The videos make it seem like it’s so easy to use it it’s not uncomfortable or anything at all. That is absolutely false! You have pressure it’s uncomfortable and overall dissatisfying to use but man is it worth it! You have maybe 30 seconds of being uncomfortable to having for me personally two days of clear sinuses. It’s very easy to clean, it is very easy to use and it is definitely worth a purchase but don’t let those videos for you it is uncomfortable as heck to use. The first time I used it I had the solution coming out my nose and my mouth

Have been using traditional neti for 20 years. First Navage use I immediately felt I should not have waited so long to purchase it! The price definitely gave me pause but this thing blows (sucks?) traditional neti out of the water. Worth the $. WAY faster, no mess during use, more effective and easy enough to clean. Only notable challenge I'm having is where to keep the thing while it is disassembled to dry. Opted for a mesh bag lingerie bag hanging in the cabinet as I don't like stuff all over the counter (they sell a countertop caddy for drying). Otherwise I definitely recommend!

Bought this about a month ago to get a head start on my allergy season. Had never used a Nettle Pot before, but heard they can help. It does take a few times to get used to, but it definitely seems to clean out the nasal passages. I definitely feel a difference when I finish using it. I am hoping when the allergy season is in full bloom, that it works as well as I hope!
