They aren't horrible but they aren't great, either. Kind of flimsy and if you bump the supports at all, like when you are weeding, the legs fall off. Overall, they are not hurting my strawberry plants but I don't know how much they are helping.

I bought these to keep my strawberries from laying in the dirt and they have done it's purpose. I love the fact they are adjustable and can be installed after the plants are grown. I will definitely purchase more of these as my strawberry plants have multiplied!

These did what they're supposed to do, keep the berries out of the dirt/mulch. They also made it easy for the kids to see and pick ripe berries. I used half circles on most of my plants which allowed me to conform to the staggered layout of my plants... they worked out great that way.I didn't give 5 stars because many of the legs that hold the platform off the ground would not easily snap into the platform. I could not get most of them to actually snap in, but I don't know that's due to their design, my slightly weak fingers, or a combination of those factors. The inset holes for the legs are deep enough that even though the legs did not "snap" in, I was able to get most of the legs to stay in place long enough for me to sink them into the soil. The next time I use these - yes, they are reusable - I will try lightly tapping the legs into the platform using a hammer before I take them to the garden. gardenShipping was fast, packaging was simple and easy to open, they are sturdy and worked well for my garden. I would definitely purchase these again and would recommend them to a friend.

They worked just wish they were a bit sturdier

I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on strawberry supports and got these as the most bang for my buck. I agree that the biggest flaw is that the legs are not secured in any manner. I didn’t have any problem at all putting the top part together and fitting them around my plants. By the time I put the 10th one in, I’d learned what worked best as regards the legs—at least for me. I found that once I had the top part around the plant, if I stuck a leg through the top and into the soil at a slight angle right where the “leg holder” was, stabilized the top with one hand, and pushed the leg under the leg holder then up into it, all went fine. I did not do anything else to secure them. They are large enough that they should do well with the strawberry plants. Once placed, so far, no complaints.

Work great! My plants are healthier with the support and fruit isn’t rotting because it’s sitting in the dirt. The only problem with them is I didn’t buy enough.

I use for more than just strawberries.

Wish I had looked sooner! I love these. I bought different types, round and square, to fit in corners of planting beds. They keep berries off dirt. I even use in boxes with weed guard material. Fabulous!
