We had this for years. Made the best birthday cakes and counting. Saving a lot, we don’t buy cakes anymore. We bake them. The kit comes with everything you possibly need.

I really enjoy this product. The spring form pan works well and the cakes I made from any of the pans did not stick. The turn table is a good size for cakes, turns easily and is sturdy. After a little practice, my decorating skills will improve!The disposable bags are nice sizes; they hold a lot of frosting or dough without splitting and do not squeeze out the top. Having never used bag clips, I was glad to discover them!I think the egg separator was the least favorite of all the utensils. I learned to separate eggs differently and feel the tool is slow and uncomfortable. I would not recommend it, but everything else works well, so I can't dock stars for it.The paper decorations are bright and fun. They are a nice way for my younger sister to finish up cupcakes and have them look nice without a lot of extra frosting.While I am very happy with this purchase, I think the more I use it, the happier I will be. It is a great beginner, intermediate kit but I think it will be a good set to work with for many years. I am looking forward to gaining more skills with the different tools and creating special cakes for family with this set.(I was asked to do this review, but it is my honest opinion. I would purchase for a new baker or as a gift if ever the opportunity came up.)

This kit is amazing, I bought it just to save money on lavish cakes and treats for occasions such as birthdays during the pandemic. Just a few short months later I actually have people ordering cakes/ cupcakes from me. I am a very creative person but as a basic beginner decorating food items was something I just could not master until I purchased this kit. It takes the guess work out of what to use as well as what to create. The handbook is so easy to read and comprehend and it gives you some beautiful decorating demonstrations that you can use on your own treats. Purchasing this kit just as a hobby has opened up a whole new door for me and I cannot be anymore thankful.

There are multiple pans, plenty of piping bags, a whole set of tips with their own storage container, cupcake liners, molding tools, decorations, and more! You will be inspired to bake! One of my favorite parts of this set is the heart cake pan; it is just adorable! The perfect size to send a loved one a cake of their own. It would also be lovely for a baby smash cake. I’ve never tried reusable cupcake liners before this kit, and they are a game changer! They released with no problem and were easy to clean. If you’re looking into baking supplies or have a loved one who loves to bake, this is the buy for you! This is a wonderful value for your money!

I bought this because my daughter (7) who has been watching baking shows and wanted to start baking at home. We have not used everything so far but it all seems to work very well. The cake pans clean pretty well (though we line with parchment paper anyway) and she loves the pink silicone spatula. My only complaints are the cake leveler didn’t work (but we only tried that one time and I’m not an expert so I’m not sure if it was user error) and the egg separator just didn’t work well enough for me.

So let me say this - I am definitely a novice baker. I always have had an interest in baking, especially cakes and decorating! I saw this and was hesitant to buy it as I wondered how this could be high quality. My reservations were put to ease as soon as it came in the mail. It felt like Christmas opening it! The box is beautiful and most everything is great quality. This definitely helped to open up the world of decorating for me! The cons that I have for this items are this: 1.) The instruction book that comes with the kit is written by someone who most likely has English as a second language. Kudos for doing a great job but it may be in your best interest as a new business to have it edited. Several times I was confused reading it and temperatures that were clearly meant to be in F were marked in C. 2.) I wish that aluminum pans instead of spring form pans were provided. I feel that unless you are going to make and decorate cheesecakes, this type of pan is not the most frequently used. The decorative items supplied are meant for buttercream and fondant which are used on sponge cake, vanilla cake, etc. The booklet even gives recipes for these cakes so I'm confused as to why spring form pans are given. These are the only 2 criticisms I really have! I am beyond excited to make my daughters cake tomorrow for her fifth birthday!

This set is definitely a great value as it comes with so many quantities and varieties of tools one may need when making and decorating a cake. When I first opened the Amazon box, I was pleasantly surprised by the nice packaging. Once I opened the packaging, I was quite impressed by how efficiently the seller had packed all the items into the box. The tools were easy to use and helpful. The turn-table is a must-have in decorating cakes. I'm looking forward to getting better at cake decorating as I utilize the items in this kit!
