Crafters Dream Curved Safety Pins - 100 pack. Designed for quilters. Perfect for basting quilts with all batting types.

These were good value for money but I didn't find them as sharp as my usual Hemline curved safety pins - you had to press quite hard for the point to penetrate even a single layer of fabric, let alone a quilt sandwich. As for ease of use, anyone who knows curved safety pins in regard to quilting will know they're a beggar to close, so I've bought myself a Kwik Klip tool (not used yet so cannot review).

Easy to use but a little thick for my liking.

I have only tried a few but none would go through my quilt sandwich.

Found these special crafting safety pins very easy to use and they held my quilt in place perfectly while being sewn. May need larger pins if making a thick quilt.

Great idea

I am a home dressmaker and purchased the on a tip that they would be easier to use when fitting garments on myself. Also needed something for attaching labels to fabric in storage. These came up and coincidentally from a supplier I'd received from previously. Good quality pins and supplied promptly.
