i replaced my screen and now my phone will not charge. stuck at 3% and keeps dying and turning back on. tried to reconnect the battery connecter, no?

Put your old screen back on and see if it charges. If it does, your new screen is bad. If it doesn’t, recheck your connections. Still not working 😢 you may have damaged a connector

I buy it, but I didn’t received the video. I watch some in the internet, but the plastic tool that came with the kit can’t open the screen! Any ideas

I had the same problem with the tool. What I did is actually something I seen in one of the videos I watched on you tube. I used a razor blade to get the screen separated just enough to fit the plastic tool in. Be careful with the blade. Don't cut yourself and DO NOT force the blade in very far or it can damage the ribbon wires (cables). There are several videos on you tube of people removing the screen with a razor blade.
