I'm 6'5" and went from 290 to 245 in a year and still losing some. Were recommended by my doc and substituting a few of these for lunch instead of carbs. The protein stays with you, so you don't get hungry until the next meal. Great taste and very filling. Kind of pricey but all ready to go shakes are. Cheaper than a heart attack and my knees and back no longer hurt. I have more energy. Price here is cheaper than the big box warehouses unless on sale there.

Lots of protein and a delicious flavor. Tastes like a milkshake and loaded with good stuff for your body. This brand has many flavors which are all tasty.

Love the taste of this strawberry protein shake. It’s been my breakfast staple for several years and gives me the start to my day I need.

Pretty good flavor. It's not my favorite, but it's not bad by any means. I use these as "fill in" in between meals when needed. These curb my hunger without the bloat.

Great tasting, no after taste. Premier Protein is the best I have found! Room temperature or cold from the refrigerator hits the spot. I used for a quick lunch or afternoon snack.
