Solid knife, expensive but any top shelf knife is.

Have three Cutco knives from 1975. Still look perfect and razor sharp. Needed another for use when the other is in the dishwasher. Great value. Be careful, they'll cut a finger clean off.

Handles nicely. Cuts cleanly. The right size for almost everything. While it’s expensive, If it stays sharp like my other Cutco knife… I will never buy another brand again.

They make some of the best knives in the world well designed and well worth the money. They’re also made in America which pleases me an awful lot. They make a fantastic wedding gift because these nights will be handed down to their children.
