Yummy!
This is so delicious. It made a simple rice dish taste like a gourmet meal. It was a little difficult to pull out the stopper, but I used a towel and twisting it while pulling on it worked just fine.

Nowhere does it state on bottle that this is a dark soy sauce.
It is darker than regular soy.

It's ok!
I made the mistake of using a little bit too much and it overpowered my food. It definitely doesn't taste the same as regular soy sauce so don't expect it!!

I like to use the lower sodium soy and this it great.

Not gluten free
This is probably Amazon's fault. I was searching for gluten free and this came up. It is not gluten free. Had to pour it out.

Not dark soy sauce as website shows
Per website description DARK soy sauce.. bottle label says organic soy sauce.. I could buy in store for much cheaper.. waste of money.. no return.

the taste is ok but way too salty
I tried this as my dipping sauce for sushi and it was like eating a tablespoon of salt with each bite. Hopefully I’ll be able to adjust when using it in a recipe. Disappointing!!
