I washed them before and after in machine gentle cycle. I just love them 💕. I have just bought 4 more today ! Highly recommend them

Not comfortable
Unfortunately, I find these extremely uncomfortable, as they almost turn the soft pillows into a balloon of sorts. I appreciate how they might be water / humidity proof and protective of the pillows, but I cannot seem to have a good night sleep with this product.

Don't recommend
As previous reviews stated its plastic inside and definitely makes loud rustling noice. Waterproof protectors are expected to make noice to some extend, but from my experience this material is very cheap, I owned protectors A LOT softer (hence no noice) . Definitely doesn't feel like cotton. It traps the air inside so it bubbles up within seconds even when I change position. On top of that, this is the first time I have headaches because it makes the pillow hard and uncomfortable. Now I'm stuck with 4 unusable NEW pillow protectors because I threw away the packaging. My recommendation is if you give it a try, leave the packaging for some time so you can return it if you decide to do so.
