I like the texture of these alot. I like to run my fingertips across the bristles. Going lengthwise of the brush, they are firmer. From the sides, they are softer and more flexible. My extremely spoiled long hair cat likes these, too. It's not going to help with shedding or detangling any fur, but it's a nice delicate face brush for her. She gets super into being brushed with her regular brushes and it worries me that she's going to scratch her face or eyes when she pushes so hard into the brush. This one is so soft but still provides a brushing/pampering feeling. I imagine it's similar to being groomed by another kitty. This could be very good circulatory stimulation for orphaned neonatal kittens, elderly cats, or just sensitive cats in general. Leave it to a cat lady to find cat related uses for a sensory toy... Overall I'm very happy with these and will be giving 2 of them to my sister. She has an elderly short hair cat that would probably really like the gentle, extra pampering.

I pick and scratch at my skin a lot and this is just such a better alternative to that. It's super soft to touch and it fits perfectly in my hand despite my hands being fairly small. The colors are nice and vibrant as well. However, when I used the yellow one for about an hour some yellow dye got onto my nails, which is okay, I don't particularly mind, but the other ones I've tried DON'T have dye transfer so just keep that in mind :) Overall this is such an amazing product and I'm extremely happy with my purchase !!

This sensory brush was a suggestion from a therapist and is a great tool for my daughter to use when she is feeling anxious. By sweeping the brush positioned vertically, the bristles are more firm or abrasive than when used horizontally. The horizontal brushing is very soft and mild. Depending on the amount of pressure and required for your sensory needs, this brush may be too mild, especially for older users. However, if used on small children, it provides enough sensation without causing any harm to the skin. Other positives, this brush is small, lightweight, and comes in a bulk set, allowing for storage of the brushes in the car, purse, backpack, locker, home, or anywhere else needed.

This product is helpful for my adhd kiddo and my ASD kiddo! These were reasonably priced and high quality!

The media could not be loaded. Bought for preschool child with sensory challenges. Came in different colors, soft and easy for kids to use themselves.

The kids like these. They can be rinsed off or even run under water with some hand soap. That, in my mind, makes them great for germy classrooms or other sharing situations. they're small and soft so there's no accidental scratching unless someone works really hard to crack the plastic. Some of the colors were different from the picture which is not a problem for us, just information. I'm likely to buy again if needed in the future.
