What I got from my pharmacy
I was prescribed 400mg of magnesium by my doctor. Then he took me off the next visit. Months later I noticed in a blood test it'd dropped a bit so I got permission to take it again. I still had some of my old prescription left and the bottle says they were Rugby. I figure if they're good enough for my pharmacy, they're good enough for me and they worked very well before. These appear to be the same pills. The only thing is they're not coated so they're a bit chalky. Doesn't bother me but some people don't like uncoated pills.Maybe the fancy label brands marketed by supplement makers, not pharmaceutical companies are just as good. But I found it amusing my pharmacy has those up front on the shelves for customers to buy but doesn't actually fill prescriptions with those brands.

Uncertain
I purposely chose this brand because the VA had supplied me with this brand. However, when I completed my bottle and began taking the one I purchased here, I started waking up at night with leg cramps all over again. Not sure these are same quality as my original then the VA. Not likely to reorder

One Star
This is not 400 mg magnesium oxide. It's only 240mg. Ripoff.
