I like the aesthetic it brought to the controller, the rubber is a bit less grippy than oem sticks but its not bad absolutely passable experience super easy to install and

Pretty solid replacement, works on DS3
Ended up buying these to replace my OE thumbsticks because they were grinding after cleaning the insides, but as it turns out, these work pretty well! They stand shorter than the original PS3 sticks,(but again, it's for a PS4 controller), and they have much more clearance so they have zero chances to ever grind against the shell. Feels pretty good too
