Q: witch grit belt is best for sharping knives?

If your knives very dull, start with 500 grit,...later with 1000 grit until 2000 grit,..depends your belt availabity,...and the last finising by leather belt and dint forget add with buffing compound

Q: Can this guide help with grinding in bevels on blades?

I’m not sure what you mean by “guide”. These are just belts that fit the Ken Onion grinder attachment for the worksharp. The belts are made well and hold up pretty good. My only problem with them is that they’re not all well marked. I had to take a sharpie to them when I first got them so I knew what was what.
