Taste Fine - Weak to Mild - Depends on how you mix it.
Arrived quick.Taste just fine. I got some powder on my fingers, licked off and taste like pineapple. Then mixed one scoop with my yogurt 9about 280g of yogurt). It had a weak pineapple taste, just a hint.taste though is not why I bought this. Ophthalmologists' have studies showing this helps eye floaters go away, as well as lots of people of you tube and such saying same thing. Time will tell :-)

Unflavored is right
I was using pineapple juice as one of the ingredients to make salad dressing, but even though it was kept in the refrigerator it still got moldy halfway. So I found this thinking it would be a great substitute. It says UNflavored, but I thought that meant no additional flavoring. I used a whole scoop in just a small amount of of water, much less water than they say to dilute it, so I thought I would taste a lot of the flavor of the pineapple. To me it doesn't taste like anything, no flavor at all. Very disappointing.Back to the pineapple juice.....

It is Delicious
I freeze dry at home but the powders don’t always turn out as good as I would like, they’re sticky! This product is only Freeze dried fruit that is dried completely & ground into a fine powder. The flavor is amazing! I sprinkle it on veggies, meat, ice cream etc. It’s great mixed with water to give it flavor or add sweetener and make fruit juice! The quality is spot on! The color is light. It is so easy to use in any recipe. The versatility is endless!

This powder when mixed with water per directions has almost no flavor. I would not buy it again.
