I take this seasonally to keep bees and wasps from stinging me. It works wonders. I delivered mail for 24 years and there were many instances where I was attacked by stinging insects. I am a person who attracts them for some reason. Whether it is the tone of my skin or my scent, bees and wasps will fly past three people to attack me. Taking bee pollen once a day, they still pass the same three people but get within a few feet of me and stop in midair. Love it!

I had allergies my whole life living in a small farm town. Sinus infections regularly too. Since taking bee pollen I'm allergy free and sinus infection free! It's so worth it.
