Absolutely beautiful and a nice quality . I am glad the skirt has a liner and is not fully see through which makes it a better quality. It has a Golden thin rim on the top . The Velcros come separately . I haven’t tried it yet . I ordered 9ft and just now realized I might need another one to cover the entire table , so I ordered another skirt just now. If Velcros don’t work well I can always pin it . I recommend it since it is a nice quality and will work for what I need. The shipment was super fast. I was surprised to see it considering it was the last item that I ordered from the list and the first that I have received .
