I gotta say, I went into purchasing this item cautiously optimistic at how it would perform. I mean, it was 20% the price of the similarly designed Delta (GR250) Glass Rinser. (There is a cheaper GR150 but that is plastic versus full metal construction).Installation was not hard at all, I tee'd off of my hot water line to get a nicer clean on my glasses and the included tee worked like a charm. I didn't have to drill a hole in my countertop because I installed this rinser in place of my dishwasher air gap (Replaced it with a high loop to meet UPC requirements) The hardest part of this install was the re-routing of the dishwasher line , getting it to mate up properly to my GD and then finding out that my garbage disposal has a small leak, but that's a story for a different review.So far, this has been making washing water bottles, cups, coffee mugs a CINCH! SO much so that i'm starting to do dishes on my own instead of waiting for the wife.. That alone should make the purchase worthwhile (in her eyes). The only downside I've seen thus far is that after use, there is a small puddle of water that pools right at the lip of the rinser; a small price to pay for a MAJOR time saver. This was worth every penny. Highly recommend it!

Installed this where a sprayer or soap dispenser would go, so I didn’t need to drill out a hole. Was easy to install myself. I love it for rinsing out my cups after use. Still doing good after a year or two.

Bought this when I replaced our kitchen faucet. Install was extremely easy and it connected right to the hot water line. It’s light weight, but high quality. It’s resistant to scratches and scuffs and great value for the price.

I’ve been waiting and waiting to purchase. I didn’t want to remove the hose sprayer or soap dispenser, but with a recent faucet upgrade I was able to remove the hose sprayer and add this glass sprayer. Game changer. Great for spraying mixing tins, drink glasses, making sure beer glasses are super clean. We connected to the hot water side so it does a great job rinsing with hot water.We’ve had it installed almost two weeks and so far so good. We will watch for any issues or leaks but everything is working as designed. Thank you.

Normally I love these, but this one leaked out of the box. I took it apart and the spring was inserted backward. After swapping the spring around it has enough pressure to stop leaking. I'll continue to buy from this brand, but had to dock a start for the effort required.

EDITED. Paint peeled after a little over a month of use.Update: company reached out to me , and made things right. Offered a refund or the chance to make things right and send another unit. Happy when a company strand behind their product

I just finished up sink installation in our new addition, and wanted a glass rinser for rinsing glasses between tap pours, and for cleaning glasses.This was super easy to install - if your sink already has holes or knock-outs for a soap dispenser, you can use one of these. My sink didn't, so I drilled a pilot hole where I wanted the rinser, and then used a 7/8" drill bit to drill the final hole through the stainless. It helps to use a block of wood or painters tape to protect the surrounding surface. Your installation experience may vary based on the material you're drilling through - marble or quartz may require a professional or masonry drill bits.Once the hole was through, it only took a few minutes to hook up the rinser. It comes with a 3/8" T fitting (standard size for most sinks) but since I was doing a new installation, I elected to use a dual outlet PEX valve. The supplied feed line is a decent length - my sink was slightly offset from the water feeds, and there was still plenty of length to connect it on the far side of a 33" wide sink.The function of the rinser is great, so far. It does a great job of hitting most areas of a pint glass, and drains into the sink well. Since our sink is in a bar area, it will get a lot of use. I will update my post if there's any issues in the future, but out of the box I'm impressed and now considering adding another one to my kitchen sink!

Love this product! We have a 1 year old and this was such a game changer with all the bottles and sippy cups. It's so easy to just rinse them out. My husband actually rinses out his coffee cup now that we have it, finally. Husband says it was easy to install, just make sure that the hoses are long enough to attach.
