High Quality, same as you have in the gym

The Dumbbell rod is a good one.Strong and quality wise also it is good.The only drawback which I found is the clamps gets unscrewed very easily, even when we workout for a long time. But it’s okay we can tight it again. But sometimes it’s a little annoying.

These are easy to assemble with a 1” diameter weight plate. They have a very sturdy feel so I am not worried about putting two 10lb weights on either side.
