VITAMINS AND MINERALS ARE NOT REGULATED IN THE UNITED STATES. FRONTLINE HAS A DOCUMENTARY CALLED - "THE HIDDEN DANGERS OF VITAMINS AND SUPPPLEMENTS". SHOCKING THAT US DOES NOT REGULATE. THAT IS WHY I BUY NATURAL FACTORS MADE IN CANADA AND REGULATED. AFTER I SAW THAT DOCUMENTARY, I WILL NEVER BUY SUPPLEMENTS OR VITAMINS IN US EVER AGAIN!

Nice product, but the reason I'm giving it three stars is because, after ordering it, I learned that the really high standard for a B complex is activated forms of B6 (5-pyridoxal), B12 (methylcobalamine) and folate (5-MTHF) -- unfortunately, this product does not come in these forms.

Love this supplement. Works for me and my family and its what we prefer over other brands for B supplements.
