I have problems sleeping through the night. I've tried melatonin, sleepy time tea, and other OTC sleep aids. This grounding mat is the only thing that has worked so far! I've had it six weeks and have slept soundly every night. They say it's best to sleep with your skin directly touching the mat, but that didn't work for me. My body was too warm directly on the mat. I sleep with a regular cotton fitted sheet over it. It has also helped immensely with my knee pain. I highly recommend it! Sweet dreams!

My partner and I are not the hippy-dippy types, but we were both having issues getting a good night's sleep, so we thought we would give these mats a try. We read a little bit about "earthing" online and it sounded interesting. Well, now we both sleep better. I suffered from TMD (teeth grinding while sleeping) and now I no longer grind. My partner was never able to sleep through the night and now he does. So, obviously, something good is happening.

This earthing mat seemed to work right away. I used it for about 30 minutes and was able to tell a big difference in my neck (had been having neck pain for the past 4 days) and leg swelling. I’m a believer!

The media could not be loaded. In the descriptions it says it works under sheets. I’ve never had or felt anything positive about using this mat and never thought about testing it till now. When using the tester the light stays on if the metal disc is touching the pad but it doesn’t stay on if the sheet is over it and it doesn’t stay on if I’m laying on the mat. Is the mat defective or is the tester defective 🤷🏻‍♀️

Prior to this mat I had been using wrist or ankle bands. The Clint Ober bands worked great. After several years when they wore out I bought another brand that were useless. I could no longer find the Clint Ober bands so switched to this mat. The mat is a bit pricier than I would have liked but it is a simple option for earthing. It stays comfortably in place and you don’t have to do a thing but climb in bed. I know from my initial experience that earthing works. I sleep better and no longer get seasonal affected disorder.

I have researched earthing and firmly believe that this is true. I sit on the grass and feel better, however this blanket does not make me feel better. Giving it a try for longer, but it's a hefty price for a product that does not appear to work. I was hoping the inventor's product, Clint Ober's would be the best. Not very happy, but I know earthing works.

I'm really happy with my purchase... It definitely has helped my inflammation and aging body. The bottom my feet use to hurt all time I really feel much more comfortable. I got the half mat for my bed I sleep on it every night and I wake up feeling much better.. very happy with this product.. thank you..
