NYX Professional Makeup Shine Killer Primer, Makeup Primer Base, Mattifying Charcoal Powder for Shine and Oil Reduction, Vegan Formula, 20 ml

This is my favourite primer, it is hydrating, non-sticky and allows for the flawless application of your favourite makeup. My makeup lasts a full 13 hour shift if applied following this primer and finished with the setting spray of the same brand.

Personally I think this one's better than the e.l.f gripping primer, my face is hydrated and has a nice tack to it not as sticky as e.l.f but leaves make up looking really good.

I love that you get a full sized primer and a travel primer, it's a great bargain! The smell is really nice but it goes away once it's applied and your makeup is on so it doesn't feel like those fragranced skincare products that give you a headache. It's not a super grippy primer but it does provide some grip to keep your makeup in place. I only use it under my eyes for my concealer but my concealer lasts nicely all day!

So, i can't really talk about the properties in regards to make up, it seems to do the job right. What i do want to say is before using this product (for like a week or so on and off) i've had for years a near constant irritated skin on my nose, redness and dry skin... and since i started using this product, it has completely disappeared. I imagine it's the properties of the marshmallow leaf, but it's pretty darn miraculous.So i don't know for make up, but for skin issues, i absolutely reccomend this product.

Not the best for oily skin. Smells amazing and looks good for the first hour or so, but not ideal for my oily skin. I was very oily after a few hours even after setting with powder a few times throughout the day. Would be better suited for Dry skin in my opinion

This product is no longer to buy from NYX counters. So when this was available online I had to buy it. This primer works really well as a base. Even great for a flawless matte look if used on its own. I will be purchasing more of these.

I actually didn’t discover this primer until a few years ago.Tried it and fell in love with it.It smells beautiful and applies lovely.I wasn’t sure that it would pair well with my other favourite products with it turned out to be the best combo ever.Cerave moisturiser, the honey dew me up primer over the top, then the Milani conceal & perfect foundation in 00BB.I love the texture of this primer is goes on really nice it’s quite thick. Easy to spread out but as it’s drying down it has a tackiness to it which really helps the foundation stick to it and it’s lasts all day and night.I also use the tarte highlighter in the shade moonlit I believe all over my face and it gives such a youthful glow.

Very good primer nice and smooth on the face peach colour 👌. I thought the bottle was quite big size but was small size .

Love this. Great for traveling.

Have worn makeup all my life and started with primers 15 years ago starting with Estée Lauder. The is exactly the same without the price tag. On my 6th bottle. Only primer I’ll order.
