Looks good
It's Lego, so it goes without saying that it's a quality product. Good fitting pieces ( none mssing) and excellent instructions. I don't know if it's me, but for £60 it didn't take that long to complete. Good looking, working model non the less.

A very study and entertaining model!
I'e always loved Lego Technic and have recently started to buy models as future investments. Not this one though, this one needed to be built and I'm glad i did!It took me about 1 1/2 hours to build, but I found the whole process simple and easy to follow. Its surprisingly study as well and has survived many fights with my twins girls who are both fascinated with lego now....no that i can let them build anything yet (they are 2 years old!)For the money, its well worth it!

Amazing detail
I bought this lego set fairly recently. It was cheaper than I had expected and arrived a couple days later. The instructions were very easy to follow and I had a lot of fun building it. I loved being able to see all the mechanics and detail put into the set while I was building it.It looks amazing when finished and works like a real digger.

Good for teaching hand coordination
This model is a very compact design and has excellent functionality. It requires the coordination of two hands on the two manual controls to work most effectively and so is good for teaching hand/eye coordination especially for children with mild dyspraxia. The technique for extending the linear actuators in the printed manual could benefit from some extra information as to which direction it needs to rotate in order to extend

Lego technic
I’ve loved Lego from being a kid and their technic stuff is fantastic, this excavator was great fun to build, coming alive the more you built, the model is fantastic with working arm and bucket, the only downside to Lego is the stickers, I hate stickers, but they do make the excavator look great.

Good investment, money well spent. Lovely set.
The media could not be loaded. A lovely, satisfying set to build. Bags are numbered from 1-4. Instructions are easy to follow. Each numbered bag covers a section in the instructions. Building the 86 link drive chain(43 links per side.) requires concentration and discipline. In conclusion: A worthy investment, value for money. All bricks/pieces fit well together.End result satisfying.

Perfect for kids who like machinery
The product was put together by my 9 year old, he loves Lego but this seems to be his favourite. It’s the best of all worlds the claw moves by rotating a knob. For those kids who enjoy playing with tractors/excavators and the like this really does leave them feeling rewarded for their patience.
