Can the filter element be removed and cleaned?

The filter can be removed but at the point it needs to be replaced it's best just to change it out with a new one

what cfm and is this full flow?

The cfm on the filter is not listed. The max psi is 150. The max temp is 140 degrees. My air compressor is 4cfm @150 psi, with a 1/2in line. Hope this helps.
