Do you add anything to the water?

You can add feminine wash of your choice. Thank you for the question & I hope this helps.

Size matters... How many ounces does it hold? TX

To be honest, I don't really know, because I sent mine back because it leaked too bad.

Does the nozzle come in a sealed package?

I can't remember if it did but it has a nice pouch you store the whole thing in.
