How long would a 10,000 Mah battery bank keep one of these lit for??

Hi Chris, up to 18 hours maximum on the high setting, and potentially 3-35 hours on the low setting for a single full charge of a power bank of that size. Feel free to reach out to our customer support team at 888-794-6250 or support@goalzero.com if you have any additional questions. Thanks!

Does it always need to be hooked up to power source to work?

Yes. It does not have an onboard power source. The larger Goal Zero lanterns do, I believe.

Can the guide 10 power a mini light?

Yes. I have the Guide 10 and use the mini light together.
