Poor cut quality
I had ordered a 10 pack previously and they cut just okay. I ordered two packs of the 20pcs. I have gone through 5 pairs and every single one cuts poorly, misfires, arcs to the side, fires then quits, major bevel. I am returning the remaining quantity and ordered the jack and Dave brand which I have had good luck with.

Very low quality, will cost more over time than OEM
These consumables will cause constant misfires, poor cut quality, and have a very short life. Electrodes were sometimes blown out after only 25 pierces on 1/4" mild steel and would rooster tail and cut with severe angularity. I switched over to OEM and the difference in quality is night and day. With OEM parts I'm able to get through multiple 4x8 sheets at 1/4" thickness. With these I was using at least 3 sets of consumables per sheet.

Worst Consumable Ever
Worst consumable I have ever used. Less than two minutes of cut on a 45 amp and these are melted and exploded. Not only did our business wait months for this product to come from China; we wasted our money. Swapped for the more expensive Hypertherm consumable and the difference was night and day. Don't waste your money on these. Picture shown is less than two minutes of 45 amp on 11 ga mild steel.
